We routinely fabricate vessels that are from 560 to 50,000 gallons in size and are Code Stamped and Atmospheric.
|
The ACME standard hydro-pneumatic vessel for the M.U.D.'s, P.U.D.'s, and water districts have any combination of:
- Threaded openings and/or flanges necessary
- Two manways
- Two, 6" elevation detached saddles
- Interior lining of ACRO 4460 epoxy
- Primed exterior is primed using ACRO 4422 primer
The liner is NSF 61 approved for drinking water and all vessels are built to A.S.M.E. code, Section VIII, Division 1 and are so stamped. They also meet the requirements of the Texas
Commission of Environmental Quality (TCEQ). Listed below are the gallons, dimensions, and theoretical weights* of our standard vessels.
